Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and product specifications, the following items cannot be returned:
- All kitchen sink taps (Belfast Sink Taps, Black Kitchen Taps, Brass Kitchen Taps, Kitchen Mixer Taps, Kitchen Sensor Taps)
- Filters & Cartridges
- Kettle Taps
- Any products that have been installed or used
We make exceptions for faulty or incorrectly supplied items – please contact us immediately if this occurs.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (53 Ivegate, Bradford, GB BD5Q 7AR)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All original packaging and accessories are included
- The item is in resalable condition
- You include the return authorization number on the package
- You obtain proof of postage
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, colour, or model changes):
- Follow the return process above
- In your email, specify you’d like an exchange and include the new product details
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes
- Return shipping costs may be higher – we recommend using tracked services
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from certain Asian and remote regions due to logistical constraints.
