Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Please note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions due to logistical constraints. Customers will be notified immediately if their location cannot be served.

International Shipping

For international orders outside the UK:

  • All applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
  • We recommend selecting standard shipping for time-sensitive orders

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium kitchen products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and product specifications, we cannot accept returns for:

  • All kitchen sink taps (Belfast Sink Taps, Black Kitchen Taps, Brass Kitchen Taps, Kitchen Mixer Taps, Kitchen Sensor Taps)
  • Filters & Cartridges
  • Kettle Taps
  • Any installed or used products

Exceptions are made for faulty or incorrectly supplied items – please contact us immediately in these cases.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All original packaging and accessories are included
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • Return authorization number is visible on the package
  • You obtain proof of postage

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Email confirmation sent when processed
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, colour, or model changes):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Specify in your email that you’d like an exchange
  3. Include details of the new product desired
  4. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  5. Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original customs duties/taxes cannot be refunded
  • Return shipping costs may be higher – we recommend tracked services
  • Certain Asian and remote regions cannot be served for returns
